City Business License

San Bernardino Valley encourages all entities conducting business with the District to be aware of and comply with all local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations or ordinances applicable to the services it provides for the District. This includes but is not limited to obtaining a business license.  Please see the District's letter regarding a city business license for additional information.

Organizational Conflicts of Interest Policy

San Bernardino Valley adopted two resolutions in 2016 related to utilizing the design-build method of project delivery, including:

Resolution No. 1045 authorizing use of the design-build method of project delivery and adopting the Design-Build Conflicts of Interest Policy (“Policy”); and

Resolution No. 1046
authorizing use of the Design-Build Method of Project Delivery for the Sterling Natural Resource Center Project”

Any construction project that encroaches on San Bernardino Valley-owned property or easements must be approved by San Bernardino Valley.  Click here to begin the review and approval process.
