In 2022, the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District acquired 1,658 acres of undeveloped land, which we refer to as Sunrise Ranch.

San Bernardino Valley has engaged a group of consultants specializing in urban planning, water supply infrastructure, architectural services, and nature-based solutions to work with the community and develop a Master Plan for this property. This is the third of four public workshops.
