San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District (Valley District) is a regional agency that plans the long-range water supply for the San Bernardino Valley. Valley District imports water into the service area through participation in the State Water Project and manages groundwater storage.

Valley District is embarking on a process of developing a Resilience Roadmap (Roadmap) to address and plan for the future of water supply, ensuring that there is reliable access to water in the San Bernardino Valley.
